Terms of service

1. The service

CloudTunnel provides encrypted VPN connectivity through servers we operate. Free plans include advertising and usage allowances. Premium plans are paid subscriptions.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use CloudTunnel to send spam, attack networks, distribute malware, infringe copyright, access child sexual abuse material, or break the law of the country you are in or the country of the server. We may suspend accounts that do.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the devices linked to it. Device limits apply per plan.

4. Payments and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. In-app purchases follow Google Play and Apple refund rules. Web purchases are refundable within 14 days of first purchase if you have used less than 5 GB.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Server locations may change.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HOSTUPCLOUD, INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
