Our role

CloudTunnel transmits encrypted traffic for its users and does not host, store or select content. We do not keep logs that could link a connection to a user, so we cannot identify the person behind a notice.

Sending a notice

Notices under 17 U.S.C. §512 should be sent to our designated agent at [email protected] and must include the elements required by law: identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and a signature.

What we do

We review every notice. Because we have no stored content to remove and no user records to match, our response is normally limited to confirming receipt and explaining the above. Repeated abuse from an identifiable account is handled under the terms of service.
