What we do not keep.

Never stored on exit servers

• Your real IP address
• Connection or disconnection timestamps
• Websites, apps or destinations you reach
• DNS queries (each server runs a non-logging resolver inside the tunnel)
• Session duration or bandwidth tied to you

What the account system keeps

• Your email address and hashed password, or your Google or Apple sign-in identifier
• Your subscription state and payment references from Stripe, Google Play or Apple (never card numbers)
• A device list you can edit, with a device name and platform
• For free accounts, a running total of data used in the current month, so we can apply the allowance. It is a single number per account, not a log.

Aggregate counters

Each server reports total bytes and total active peers so we can plan capacity. These numbers are not linked to accounts.

Requests from authorities

CloudTunnel is operated by HOSTUPCLOUD, INC. in the United States. We respond to valid legal process with the account data listed above. We cannot provide connection history because it does not exist.
