Refund policy

Purchases on cloudtunnelvpn.com

If this is your first Premium purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment provided you have used less than 5 GB of data through the service in that time. Email [email protected] from your account email. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Purchases through Google Play or the App Store

In-app purchases are processed by Google or Apple and follow their refund policies. Request a refund through your Google Play order history or Apple's Report a Problem page. We cannot issue those refunds directly.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Account termination for abuse

Accounts closed for violating the terms of service are not eligible for refunds.
